A top Australian Chardonnay, the M3 is a modern classic.

Though it does show typical Australian generosity, with ripe nectarine fruit and some rich, buttery hints from barrel fermentation and aging, this wine is very much a modern Australian Chardonnay. Freshness, elegance and bright acidity. Oak is not the protagonist here, but playing a blinder of a supporting role. Blossomy and citrusy. A treat.

The type of wine that demands top notch modern Australian fare. I can't help but visualise a brightly sunlit table with a luxurious lunch of Donna Hay style, produce-led fare. Scallops pan seared with butter. A crab linguine or maybe grilled lobster with garlic butter?

    VIGNETTE / vin'yet

    1. A frame that draws attention to the centre.

    2. A brief but powerful scene.

From the Middle French vignete, a diminutive form of the noun vigne meaning 'vine': an illustration of vine tendrils around the borders of a page.

Oh, hey! Let’s keep in touch!

    Thanks!
