How are wines packaged & shipped?

If you buy an experiential  product such as travel-inspired sets, self-care kits, these are shipped via DHL and arrive gift wrapped in protective, sustainable, recyclable cardboard packaging. 

​

If you buy wine only, deliveries are made directly from London City Bond warehouse, the UK's largest and leading bonded warehouse with their nationwide fleet of vans. Wines will arrive in original packaging or repacked in the case of mixed cases. Because the wines do not go through a 3rd party courier network they do not require protective packaging.

How fast is delivery?

Experiential Products: items are compiled and gift-wrapped and your personalised note is handwritten as per your instructions. We aim to delivery within 2 working days of your order, but allow up to 4 business days in some cases.

 

Standard wine orders: If you live within M25 or South East of England and order before 11am you may receive your wines as fast as next day. Otherwise allow 2-4 working days for delivery.
