About The Event
Join Vignette Wine to take a journey through your palate - and your mind.
Is there such a thing as objective reality?
And how do our senses construct it? And what if we could expand our most under-used senses?
In the intimate setting of the Tap & Bottle, you are invited to take a journey through a series of wine-led sensory experiences which will challenge your mind and your understanding of the senses, and maybe even reality.
Using concepts from the world of wine tasting blended with neuroscience insights, the evening will turn the idea of connoisseurship on its head, exploring the idea of sensory expertise and how we can develop it in this digital world.
Not suitable for wine snobs, or the close-minded, this is a playful, interactive experience all about self-exploration and discovery.

Standard Admission
Included in your ticket price is a welcome drink, followed by a seated, interactive presentation/workshop, exploring 5-6 wines through a series of sensory activities/experiences. A cheese platter is included, and group size is no bigger than 15 to ensure an intimate, convivial atmosphere.
